Support address not published yet
This deployment has no support address configured, so there is nothing to publish here yet — [support email not configured yet]. In the meantime, reporting and blocking work from inside the app, and reports do reach a moderator.
Report a person or a message
Use the Report action on their profile or in your chat. It reaches a moderator with the context attached, which an email cannot.
Appeal a restriction
Write to support from the email address on your account and include what you think happened.
Delete your account or request your data
Deletion is self-service in Settings. For a copy of your data, or a correction, write to support.
Anything else
Bugs, a question about how something works, or feedback on the product — all welcome.
What to include
- The email address on your BuzzUp account.
- What happened, and roughly when.
- If it is about another member, their display name and anything else that identifies the profile.
- What you would like us to do.
What we cannot do
- We cannot tell you what action was taken on someone else's account. Moderation outcomes are private to the account they concern.
- We are not an emergency service and cannot respond in real time. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
- We cannot recover a deleted account once the retention window has passed.
Response times
We do not have a published response time yet — [to be confirmed before launch]. Reports filed inside the app are prioritised by severity, and safety reports are looked at first.
